Arrival Time

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed a full-length service. However, a full service charge will be applied.

Cancellation Policy

All Spa appointments must be reserved with a credit card. If you must cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice; spa packages and group bookings require 72 hours notice. A no-show will result in a full charge, failure to give 24 hour notice may result in a partial charge.

Gift Certificates/Cards

You must have your gift certificate/ gift card present in order to redeem. Gift Certificates may be purchased online.
